Subject: M4 texture question

I am tringy to get rid of the body hair on M4 texture. Anyone know how to go about this?

I was thinking about doing it in photoshop, but i cant seem to find the copy brush, you know the one that you can control click on what part of the texture you want to copy then you paint over the hair.
