Can't help you find the prop, but FYI you don't need one.

These are all done with the shader provided in the linked thread. You apply the shader directly to the legs (and hip). If your figure doesn't have a separate material zone for these areas, you can quickly make one using the Poser Grouping tool. It's all shown in the thread.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

BB's stocking shader is the business, except that Posette doesn't have separate leg material zones. So unless you want her clothed in an overall body stocking (!) you'll need to define a new material zone for the shader to use.The link is my ages-old tutorial on how I used to do it. Should still work. ;)
PS: how can you have something and not know its name? Just wondering...
EB:
The 3rd through 5th post in the stocking shader thread is a tutorial on how to make a new material zone, in Poser, without using another tool. Do you think it's better to use UVMapper?

A friend of mine has this texture/clothing/whatever, but doesn't know the name of it. Can anyone help me out? I know it's for the standard model, not for Victoria or anything like that AFAIK.
