I'll check and see if there is any weather around here then get a shot up..: )

auntietk ( ) posted Mon, 01 June 2009 at 8:44 AM

Yeah ... the weather man says we're in for ten dry sunny days in a row.  Some sort of record here, I imagine.  What's up with THAT??  You'd think in Seattle I could at least show you some rain!

That is the great simplicity here, every one of us has some weather.

We have all your weather down here, Tara! Thunderstorms everyday for the past two weeks and some of the best shots and I didn't have my camera with me! :(
So I can pretty much just  walk outside and get a shot anytime... LOL :P
......well maybe later, I'm still in my pjs!!! LOL :)

You don't need rain Tara, Even sunshine is weather.

Meisiekind ( ) posted Mon, 01 June 2009 at 12:31 PM

Great idea David!!! Our weather is cold but without snow... That is going to be a challenge to photograph. I will put my creative cap on and see what I can come up with!

It depends on whether you were expecting GOOD Weather. If not,  then the challenge should have been named BAD Weather.

To me the word "weather" conjures up the experience, the excitement,  no matter whether it is good or bad weather. Good point Art. You guys inspire me.

Excellent David, this forum rocks!

Here's a quick trio of today's weather here in my neck of the "desert". Top to bottom - front yard view, side yard, back yard. We always get some pretty awesome thunderheads by late afternoon. Yesterday was a loud one!!! Whoo Hoo!!!

We've been enjoying some blue-sky weather, well, up until today which is grey and dull. This was taken on Monday at Conwy Marina, North Wales

Super to see Carl, you don't get weather very often like this in North Wales

You're telling me! lol. It's been quite nice here for a while with something of a mini heatwave recently and not a cloud in the sky. Looks like it's back to the norm now though

Shot in 2004 at the Royal show  in Warwickshire in the UK , if you look closely at the road it was a river, and it was running straight through the flower marque.
