It has come to our attention that Content Paradise will not be transferring its customers' product history to the new version of their site. Unfortunately, this means that customers may not be able to re-download any products they may have lost due to a virus or data loss.

Vanishing Point wants to re-assure its customers that their product purchase history will not be lost forever. From the beginning, Vanishing Point has always kept meticulous records regarding products and customers. And, in an effort to provide the best possible customer service, we would like to announce that *we will allow all of our CP customers to download their products directly from Vanishing Point.

We know this may strain our server and increase our bandwidth traffic, but we feel it's more important to allow our customers the ability to re-download the products they legimately purchased whenever they need.

As usual, there are a few rules:

1. We can only provide you with download links for Vanishing Point products. Although this probably seems obvious, we can't give you products from other providers, including past CP freebies.

2. You will need to have already created a user account at Vanishing Point, and have purchased a product. That way, you'll already have a Purchase History with Vanishing Point, so we know who to link to the CP products to.
   After that, simply send us an e-mail with your Vanishing Point username and the name you used at CP (either your real name or username). We'll then do our best to link the CP products to your account!

***Ahh, VP provides first class customer service at it's best. *** (as usual for VP)

Is there definitely no way to link CP purchases to VP accounts that don't have a VP order history ?
(I'm a PayPal refusenik, which is why I bought VP stuff via CP)

I've long been a visitor to 'the source'...;) Just keep don' the good li'l things y'all do...;)
