Like how they look like it was painted .. ?

The links for the last two don't work, but the first one wasn't made with a screenshot from a game I don't think, it looks more like a mix of photomanipulation, brushes and some painting as well, probably in photoshop or PSP...  If you've seen it in a game, I'm kinda thinking it was created into other programs and then imported in the game, not the other way around?

As a long time flickr user, I can tell you from reading the page for the first image, it's not a game shot. It's based on a stock image photo and painted in GIMP.

it looks like poser and photoshop too me, and anyone can achieve that with a little work...... anyhow....

 The stock image referred to is her stock backgrounds she has created and sells. Didn't see the reference to gimp but character looks poser-like. I think Pinkx3 wants to take a game screen grab and make something like this. But now I'm guessing.
