Subject: Proper settings for poser colors

Can anyone help me with the proper settings for my poser characters? I tried setting the Object and reflective color to white and the highlight and ambient color to black when appling my textures to vicky or other textures to vicky. She just appears washed out and nothing like the pictures we see when looking at examples of the poser character. What are the best settings? Rich

It's not so much what are the best settings as it is a combination of things, like colour and angle of lighting, degree of intensity of the texture wrap, and so on. Those examples have probably also seen their share of post work as well.

Thanks, I was hoping that there was a key setting. Guess I will just have to play with the settings. Rich

You may try looking up snowsultans freestuff , he has an excellent set of free lights. Also I believe Dmentia did a mini tutorial that was posted in her gallery , if i recall correctly. HTH
