Subject: Stockings on V4

Is it just me, or are any kind of stockings (conform) a bitch to get right
on V4 ?? Iusually have morphed figures done on V4 becuse I don't like the porptions
on the default one, I have tried those magnets that comes with her but it still usually
looks like crap, only time I get them right is on a non morphed V4

SVDL's office clothes set for V4 (in Freestuff here)has a python script for fixing poke through on stockings, it uses a  small amount of negative displacement. Other than that, I'd recommend Morphing Clothes, it can add any figure morph to clothing, saved me loads of cursing, cos as you've found using magnets to fit clothes can be a pain, especially with items like stockings which are both close fitting and transparent

I'd highly recommend Jasmina's stuff for stockings, her outfits are superconforming that fit almost any shape with ease.
The quality of this vendor is top notch too!

Yes I have noticed a big difference in quality of the creators, some stockings would not even conform on a bank robber !

Bagginsbill made a stocking shader that works great. Since it colors the skin, it doesn't matter what mophs you all to it.

Available on Amazon for the Kindle E-Reader Monster of the North and The Shimmering Mage

I think Morphing Clothes is the way to go for me, since I want to be able to move the stockings
up/down etc, piant on stuff only works that far and does not really look as natural as I like.

I totally agree! I love her work...the stockings look fabulous. In  my free stuff I made yoga poses and used her Melissa stockings to render the poses. They looked beautiful!

Also recommend BB's stocking shader...it's great too, and no worries about pokethru...LOL!

There is also the stocking sets from Bluebeard, for the quick and easy no conforming needed they just overlay on your current texture and come in quite a few colors and styles.

I'll chime in and agree that Jasmina's panty hose work just fine.   That said though, I think I prefer using mat pose, shaders or whatever you call 'em.
