Hi, I was wondering when I would get my certificate for the survey done at the beginning of the month.  There was a thread for this, but I can't find it now, but someone on there said he/she had received theirs, but I still haven't and that was days ago.

You should see the $5.00 gift certificate in your account now under "gift certificates".

Hmmm interesting because I never received mine either and did complete the survey as well.  I've been watching my emails and checking my account.
