I have poser 7, but no poser dog from 3 or 4.

The only way to ge tthe Poser 3 or 4 dog is to buy a used copy of either Poser 3 or 4.

The legacy content packs are available via the linked page (serial no. required). However, there were some content changes so the pack you're entitled to may not contain what you want.

I think they were included in Poser 5 as well, dont know if Poser 5 is still available as Content paradise at one time gave it away for free.

Poser 7 includes a number of animals that are more realistic than the older ones from previous versions. The only reason to want the older versions is if you have old texture and morph freebies for them. P7 includes a dog, cat, horse, wolf, bugs, dinosaurs, etc. (24 animals). The Safari Pack is still free at DAZ. Don't hold me to this, but I believe that DAZ still gives away light versions of their animal characters free to PC members.

You can look at my posted visual indexes of animals to see the wide variety of Poser creatures that have been created, though not all of which are still downloadable. I tried contacting the creators of ones that no longer are on the net and nearly every one of them came back undeliverable and the one or two that got through didn't elicit a response. The indexes aren't complete, but still provide hundreds of Poser animals that can be browsed through.

May be, some of you has some idea, how I can adapt an existing dog model to change into those two characters?

Unless they are using Rendered images for the game, you could not use the Poser Dog or most any other Commercially available Figure for use in the Game, so you would need to Model it from Ground up.
