Subject: Cut Off Shorts for M4

basicwiz ( ) posted Tue, 14 July 2009 at 8:31 AM · edited Thu, 21 November 2024 at 8:15 AM

Does anyone know of a pair out there? I'm thinking cut-off jeans with the legs fringed a bit. Pant legs should not be completely gone like in the "Daisy Dukes" that are available for the girls... leave them say 3" below the crotchline.

I'm looking fotr them for M4, but I could go with M3 or D3 if the item is out there.

Many thanks!

You could transparency map a pair of jeans .

Yeah... if I was good enough to do it!

Transmaps are easy to do, there is a basic Tute on my site, give it a go. If you get stuck just let me know!

Your tute is awesome! I was able to make exactly what I needed in less than 5 tries! Many thanks!

I can't remember which it was, but the legs weren't really evenly attached to the thighs, so by making the legs transparent the jeans looked like cut off shorts.

Transparency maps are a great start for those with less than great painting skills :)
