THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: Bryce 5 seems slower to me!!!

Just bought Bryce 5 just on a whim I asked someone at CompUsa if they had it in stock and to my shock they did, (They hardly ever have graphics stuff at least the one in schaumburgh Illinois)anyway loaded it restatr open program and damn it runs a lot slower. especially rendering. Is this a known problem I thought it was supposed to be faster. Well I'm gonna put another 256 megs of ram in my computer and if it doesn't explode I'll see if the program runs any faster I just wanted to check and see if anyone esle experienced this. BTW go see Final Fantasy it was awesome and get the soundtrack too the story is very animeish (very Japanese type story line) but I love that because that truly shows what really happens in the world.

That's because Corel pulled the wool over everyones eyes. I never have liked Corel, and it would be just like them to screw up a great thing like Bryce. And how how about that new and improved price increase. I think they got rendering speed increase confused with price increase. Hey Corel that's faster rendering not bigger price! Got that, you bunch of @&^#$#^^$$$%^^'s. $319! Why not just charge a $1000 for it, we won't know the difference, really, were all rich and don't care anyway. Corel you need to lower the price and pull your heads out, and wipe your eyes!

Put that 319. into Canadian and you know most of us up here on a budget won't be springing for it any time soon. And from the reviews I have seen here, I have changed my mind about trying to scrape my dimes together to get it.

Double check the render option settings. From what I've seen there are many more options for quality & they may be adding to the render times.
