Did you click on blend transparency and put a bead in the transparency channel? Here's the link to the Bryce forum, shows a screenshot. Hope this helps. ArleenThere are a lot of things worse than dying, being afraid all the time would be one.
Remember also that when a figure is imported in Bryce, it comes in in pieces. You must group everything except the clothing (which is a separate issue altogether) and then apply the textures and transparencies, with the latter in the alpha channel for the texture wrap. This becomes a little more complicated with Vicky and Michael, since in their case, the body is treated separately from the head. But just group accordingly, apply your textures and trans, and all should be fine.
One tip: When you export the figure in Poser, export it into a new folder and place all the textures/maps associeated with the figure including all the clothes textures/maps in that same folder. Bryce 4 will automatically import all the textures/maps except the transparency and bump maps. This way you have all the main textures already there and then you only have to import the bump and trans maps, saving you a lot of time. Hope this helps. James

Im not even sure that this should be in here, but i'm trying too apply an eyelash transparency map too a poser figure in conjunction with a texture map whilst in Bryce. Anyone know of a tutorial that deals with this?... P.S. The texture map works fine, just the transparency is a problem :)
