THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: The highest heresy

Quest ( ) posted Fri, 21 August 2009 at 3:05 PM · edited Sun, 24 November 2024 at 6:52 PM

Perhaps I missed it here somewhere but I see that TheBryster is now also the moderator over at the Vue forum. Boy, talk about heresy in the most profound sense of the word! What’s the matter Bryster things gotten a little too slow around here for you? I bet he walks around with that big comfy chair strapped to his back now...LOL. Poor guy! Seems he just can’t get enough of this place.

Anyway, just let me extend some congratulations on your lateral promotion and I hope you do as well there as you’ve done here.

He's just there to fiddle around with the backend :scared:

No sign yet that he's been tempted to try Vue (but we'll keep trying 😉).

Fiddle with the backend? :b_nervous:

Three words, Guys!  Know - your - enemy.

In all seriousness, I was asked to lend a hand and see if I can update stuff here and there. I'm the first to admit I know nothing about Vue, but I'm glad to help out where I can. The Fixer is doing a great job, but none of us can be here 24/7.....unless you're on Martian time.

The Vue crowd seem like a nice bunch, but woefully misguided. I'll get them to switch to Bryce sooner or later.

Thanks for the congrats, Questy.

It would probably have been better to say update the Vue community pages (but less fun 😉)

you would be more believable if you hadn't changed your signature....phtttt.

I'd like pictures of that act...LOL.. ...

I, as an inveterate heretic, have in fact played with Vue Pioneer quite a bit but prefer TG2 for terrain work and Imagine3D and Bryce6.1 for modeling

I see a sound
and try to write it down

That is a wonderful suggestion, Cyber... All related 3D items in one folder on the desktop, instead of the desktop being cluttered and covered by many icons...
