I sincerely hope everything turns out OK for you. My brother had the same and was sent to the Hershey Medical Center here in PA. I'm sure you will be in good hands in Charlottesville. I lived for about a year and a half in King George, VA and the area is beautiful. My best to you for a speedy recovery and a return here to Rendo.
Oooof! Scary stuff all this, my Mum is going in for an op' on a tumor on or very near to the pituitary gland, but that's not until October.
All the very best wishes for a speedy recovery Tom mate.

I hope anyway. As a small number of you know, for the past year or so I have been fighting various forms of cancer. Things looked bleak for awhile, then there appeared to be some rays of hope followed by slow but steady progress. However, in the past month I was diagnosed with something new; hepato cellular carcinoma. A tumor in the liver, on the backside, about 4.5cm's in size. Here in Winchester Va. where I live, we have the Winchester medical center and cancer center. Some very talented surgeons. The surgeon I saw said even he was not qualified to do such a complex procedure. So, they're sending me to the U.Va Medical Center in Charllotsville. That's about 3 hours from where I am. I will most likely have only very limited computer access so I dunno if I'll be able to get online.I have a couple of images I'm gonna try to post before I go. In recent days I have been very impressed by the level of talent on display in the Bryce gallery Some great work being done here again. Finally ! Ok, I'll see y'all later.
