THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: September challenge theme: Down by the river!!!!!

orbital ( ) posted Sat, 05 September 2009 at 2:55 AM · edited Thu, 28 November 2024 at 11:19 AM

Ok I'd like to suggest the next Bryce challenge be of an aquatic nature. Babbling brooks, the mighty Amazon cutting swathes through the rainforest, waterfalls, or an old shopping trolley dumped in a canal. Imports allowed for this one, and postwork also if you wish. But try to squeeze as much out of Bryce as you can, it's the only way to learn.
I'll try to enter  as I think it would be rude not to, but I do have an exhibition coming up at the end of the month so time may be in short supply.
Ok get to it peeps!

Hmmm I may enter this one.Now that my overclocking competition is over.

"Reinstall Windows" is NOT a troubleshooting step.

The exhibition is in my home town of Burton on Trent. Problem is unlike the other one, this is on school grounds so it's not really open to the public other than an open evening.

Water is always a good one.  Didn't say anything about not allowed to be underwater.   I might try and enter.   Once my current render finishes, next week sometime.

Phil? Please make sure you read the rules. They were updated recently and you haven't been around for a while.

 There are rules?

Does that mean I can't use Carrara?

Down by the river theme... that includes just to say...  Hudson river in New York... if I don't want to do a greenery scene because I don't feel like it, I suppose I can do it...
A no-blade-of-grass river is still within the challenge ... ?
