Okay, I got some easily.

I must be a Blender 2.5 Beta issue because I don't get the same 2.49 issues I posted in another thread.

I'm running Windows 7 with a Optical mouse (and scroll wheel).
As you can see in the attached images, there is a copycat bug. Basically, it taking the very top panel and coping the rest of the program's visuals within it. Scrolling (with the wheel) only causes the window to enlarge. As does when I tryto re-size a panel.

The program seems to running MUCH faster then 2.49. But this bug is a big one. It interferes with saving and other features. Making it impossible to get to them. In the bottom image you see what happens when I opened a old file. Different interface layout but the bug is still at the top.

Wish I had the means to record what was happening. But at the moment I can't. :(
But I do enjoy the speed of the program.

EDIT-1

Also can't get the scroll wheel movements to work. (Shift + Wheel & Ctrl + Wheel)
You know, the same ones found in 2.49

In the Preferences setup...click "System" tab...in the "Window Draw Method"...try the different settings, "Triple Buffer" "Overlap" "Full".
Triple buffer is a new setting, so may be your video card can not handle it.
I'm seeing many issues with mobo video chip usage. But that's with any app.

I think the mouse problem is due to not getting all of the mouse commands finished yet.
I suspect that this will be put in very soon. Development is picking up.
Remember this will not be Beta until sometime in Oct.

Also, with not many people using Win7 yet, I think that issues may linger just a bit longer than other OS's.

Hope this helps.

Edit: to add, turn off any "Visual Effects" in Windows also, this is a problem with many apps I'm seeing.
