Subject: Could you teach me about transparency?

Hi.
I need your help.
It is one sided square.
I applied transparency image to it.

Then, question is next.
I want to apply transparency 50% of hole of it. (It is not mean alpha)
I want to make it like below image.

I don't know how can I do that.
I can't apply transparency again.
Can you make it? Then tell me please....

First turn off the filtering
Second Set image mapped Shader setting  to Clamped
Third Apply u offset in shader

Thank you.
But I'm sorry.
I made a mistake.
The box in after is just sample.
It is exist to sure the square is transparency 50%.
I do not want to move transparency.
I just want to square to transparency 50%
(not alpha. I mean hole of square)
I'm very sorry.
My enlglish is poor.
Could you help me more?
Please.

Well there it is I don't seem to understand what your trying to do
I noticed you posted screens or your pose view not renders try rendering a lot of trans effects are post in best preview mode
Or modify the map so the white/light shade is 50% grey

Multiply not add on math node and edited previous post with suggestion
