Subject: checkout error

Hi , Iam trying to purchase some items and I get a check out error saying
"Address Verification Failed"
I have checked the address and credit  card details and everything else but I still get this error :(
please help senyac

Hello,

Please be sure the address you are entering into the system is the exact address of where you receive your credit  card statements.

I have tried and checked everything 5 times , name , address , credit card details ect every thing is correct yet I still get this error :(

The only thing I see is the country being entered is not the country that is listed in your profile.

Please note each time you place an order and it is not able to be processed, it puts a "pending" charge for that amount on your card. If you continue to have problems checking out, please call the toll free # 1-866-220-2949 during the hours of 9am-4:45pm M-F so I can try to checkout for you.

Both my profile and shopping cart have Australia listed as the country ,
This "pending" amount that put on my credit card , Will if affect the amount of money available to be used on my credit card ?
And how long before this "pending" amount is removed ?

I am having no problems with this credit card on Daz and other online stores , so it must be a Rendo shopping cart issue ?

Yes, it will because your financial institution is the one who has a pending hold on the funds.

You would really need to contact them to find out how long it will take for them to process the "pending" charges. It can take 2-7 business days, it really depends on how fast your bank with process the charges.

has it been fixed?
I am affraid to use the check out now because I dont want to many "pending charges added to my credit card :(

I have a second credit card so after about 5 error tries I switched and had no problem (CC with issue was AMEX non issue Visa)

mmm my credit card is AMEX too which i am having the problem with , but ive been using this credit card on Renderosity for 6 years without problems ..... strange

Same, I get more points for using it so it's the one I use everywhere I can.  And I also had no issue using it right after here at DAZ.  So IMO it's not an AMEX issue but a Rendo issue.

Sorry you're still having problems.
