Hi

Last night, rather than use my card as I usually do, I tried to order with Paypal.

The website didn't redirect to the Paypal website, like it does on other orders at other sites; I figured it was being processed separately, so waited until the next evening (ie now) and my order is still shown as Unpaid. It's possible I missed out a step eg "take me to Paypal so I can authorise payment".

No probs with this - I have seen other people mention problems with Paypal, and it's possible I've done something wrong. I was just wondering, is my payment in the pipeline, or would it be easier for me to cancel that order and re-order using my card?

If you are showing that you have made the paypal payment then please send me the paypal transaction ID number so I can research further.
