Subject: A program to list groups?

Does anyone know of a program that will list all the groups in a wavefront object?

A program that works for cr2s would be good as well.

UVmapper will do it.

Or if you have a good text editor with some macro-type features, you can edit the
OBJ and tell the editor to display only lines that begin with "g ".

You can see the groups in an object with PhiBuilder, UVMapper or PoseRay.
A Poser file editor such as Poser File Editor or CR2Editors should allow you to see the groups in a  CR2 file.

I want a complete list of groups, uvmapper only shows a few at a time, I will try phi builder.

You'll find a Python script to list the groups of the currently selected Poser actor here:-

Hope that helps.

UVMapper Pro should be able to list all the groups and materials in an OBJ.  Under File select Generate Report
