I left site mail to Ilona on 11/2/09 and again on 11/5/09 and she still hasn't read my messages. I had a problem with some of the poses on a free product I got for her buy 1 get 1 free offer.

I know she would take care of the problem if she read my mail but so far she hasn't read them. Is there any way you can get in touch with her and let her know?

I love her products and she is so kind to make get one free offers.
