How can I create a red moon?

Like those two?

I tried changing the light color in atmosphere menu and sun light color but it didn't helped.

I loaded the 'night' atmosphere and changed nothing but the decay colour to red 😄

Here's another little play - attached the atmo (change the extension from .txt backto .atm)

Have a fiddle with it till you get what you want

Thank you for your help!

I wanted to have a moon like that one on your 1st post here (with changing the decay color) but the stars are changing the color to red as well and I don't want that.

Is there any way to change moon color to red and leave stars white?

If you are not too worried about a realistic earth moon you could also change the planet to Venus or Mars which both have a reddish tint...

Here is an example with Mars...

Ya, but then I still can't make a real bloody moon (or other planet).

Easiest way is to Google for a red moon image, then in Vue select Custom for the planet type and load the bitmap you grabbed. That's what I did for the attached image.

If you need a copyright-free image I'm sure they're available, even if it's not red, then just tint it in Photoshop to get the colour you want.

Ah, spedler........I'd forgotten about the custom planet.

That's the best way by far 😄

Nice! Or it would be easy enough to show that the moon really is made of green cheese...
