Hi all,
i have a very odd issue.... i am creating a spot light, grouped to a figure (a flashlight). Now, when using a mapped shadow, i realized that the shadow just begins within the edge of the light, not directly at the edges. which seamed to be odd. I had been playing around with all settings, narrowing the edge and angle, ungrouping the light. No change. I created a new spot simple and plain, and put it at the same location and the effect was even more visible.
Has anyone an idea why this mapped shadow begins so far from the edge? The Shadow is set to 1, the Map Size to 1024. Angle Start and end are 123 and 140.
THat really begins to drive me nuts....
cheers.
