Return if 30 days haven't passed?
A word is not the same with one writer as with another. One tears it from his guts. The other pulls it out of his overcoat pocket

Heat and animosity, contest and conflict, may sharpen the wits, although they rarely do;they never strengthen the understanding, clear the perspicacity, guide the judgment, or improve the heart

So is that TTFN or TANSTAAFL?
This sounds like the Vista and Windows 7 UAC issue which has been covered extensively here in the forum. I am assuming that Poser, and Clothes Converter, has been placed within the Program Files Folder of your OS. If this is the case, and if you have not given proper administrative authorization, Vista and Windows 7 will prevent any file changes to occur within the Program Files Folder. Best advice to avoid this problem is to put the programs into their own folders on the root drive. If this doesn't resolve the problem, contact DAZ for either a refund or how to contact the vendor.
Hmm. Well, as I said, I believe everything's been installed properly, but I will try your suggestions! Thanks.

K Thank you! Product officially runs under Win 2000 compatibility mode.

Yeah so far my conversion with it are hit-n-miss. There is next to no support on this program, or any others this guy makes. I'm surprised DAZ still carries em. I don't see why this guy can't update his program to be more compatible with the OS out there.

For converting clothing I recommend both Wardrobe Wizard and Cross dresser.
As for contacting Mark you might want to try here his user name is markdc. Let me know if you have any luck getting a hold of him cause I have been trying for the last week.

So, has anyone used Clothes Converter by Marckus Dunn?? It's got a new version at DAZ3D recently. I just bought it without knowing it had no support for Vista, which made me mad, because it didn't directly say it...solved it by upgrading to win 7 and now, im getting errors. I've tried to find a way to contact the author without success. Maybe someone here knows?
If I try to press Auto Convert, it says, it must be on Unimesh or selected figures. If I try to run wizard conversion, it says after sitting there, that OBJ must be under the runtime folder, which it is.
Any ideas?
