Great one indeed! When you save to AVI you may have a choice of codecs, if you have DivX or similar it should make for small files. Or, you can use ffmpeg (also free) to convert to mp4 and many more formats. ffmpeg is a command-line based tool but you can find many tools which offer GUI s on top of ffmpeg, I have one listed at www.thebest3d.com/ffmpeg too (WinFF)
If youre on a Mac I hear that the latest version of Quicktime does screen capture too? (someone please verify/confirm)

Hi, I'd like to make some video tutorials for Bryce but have never done that before and I'm a bit lost on what kind of software is out there that I can use. I've heard of Camstasia but that's way over my budget. I'd appreciate any recommendations anyone has:)
