Subject: Makeing Clothes

Hello Reader.

I kind of want to start makein my own clothes for poser for v4 but what tools would i need to make the clothes with. I looked on google and i found ClothingDesigner at
http://www.philc.net/ClothingDesignerSuite.htm does anyone know if this is any good?

ClothingDesigner is a good start if you're completely new to modeling, but in the long run you will probably want to learn to model things from scratch.  Blender is powerful and free, but it has a messy interface - because it is open source, a lot of different people have worked on different parts, so a lot of aspects of the interface are not consistent everywhere.  Free and powerful though.

Hopefully version 2.50 will have addressed that issue.

Also - Wings 3d is a box modeler, fairly easy to pick up for most folks. And it's free.

Are you refering to the Cloth Room sticky? I get the impression (could be wrong) that the original poster was after conforming cloth tutes and info...
