I found the image in a search at TinyPics.com there isnt much info.  The only guess info I could gather from poser exp. is that is an Aiko 3 Morph called Kioki but the armor and hair I have no idea.

 I dont think is a Aiko morph, looks really like a custom character. The reflections dont look like a Poser shader, breasth shape dont look like something from Aiko, isnt divided, so I vote for something that someone model, from scratch.
