Nosfiratu has a posable stethoscope here in Free Stuff, among other medical items.  It's fairly old and some of the normals are reversed, but it's still surprisingly flexible.

I know of others that aren't posable, including peemot's offering.

PoserWorld has one with a V3 Scrubbs outfit.  I found a few freebies, but will have to dig up the details to see if they're still available.

It is poseable... for V1 and V2... wouldn't be hard to convert to V4, I should think. The link worked for me... (well, I did backspace over the trailing space after html....)

Sorry, Opera doesn't like Rendo's link widget  & I'm usually too lazy to boot FF to post a link :-) I'll have to watch the trailing spaces, they work for me but may cause problems in other browsers.  Virtuality's stethoscope is the best free one I've found though.
