Hi.  Does anybody know where I could get a Poser compatable German MG-42 and MG-34 Heavy Machine Gun model please (Free if possible).

There's a really good new modeller called Wartech in the RMP, he may have one, if not try asking him to make one, he seems to have a really quick workflow and his weapons do seem to be well made.

As thefixer noted keep an eye out on Wartech store here at Rendo. He is moving right along on many German rifles and sidearms I wouldn't be at all surprised to see and MG-42 in his store soon. His products are priced very reasonably for the details he puts into them.

The MG34 was a pre-war version of the MG42, and it was overly complicated(lots more to model that way). I think you'll probably have more luck finding the 42 (to which the American M60 owes a knod to as well..;)

This might be a good place to search (I swear I should get a commission from them, I shill 'em so much...;)

I have one that I issue with my german tanks. It isn't super detailed, but passable. I have blueprint for the mg34 and am building a more accurate version now.

although I do think Panko has one in his axis weapons set. Search in the marketplace for Panko

Hi Everyone.  Firstly many thanks to everyone who took the time trouble to respond to my enquiry - it is very much appreciated.

I have been in various descussions with Wartech who informs me that one of his most excellent models of an MG-42 is one the way.

My thanks again - preeder.

There's a nice MG42 here, however, it isn't free. It's part of a larger pack of props and figures. It comes with ammo canisters and stuff.
