THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: Animators?

I am really enjoying this site and learning a lot from the discussions. But there is something I am beginning to realize: No one talks about animating - only still pics. Is Bryce not a good tool for animation? If it is, I would like to hear from those who use it for that purpose and also would like to see their work.

Bryce is great for animating, but usually video takes up alot more server space than stills do.

Thanks for your replies. Wolf359, I look forward to seeing your stuff. Ken, I do understand the server space issue, as well as download time. But having said this, I must say that I haven't heard much on this forum regarding animation issues. That's the main reason I asked the question re: Bryce possibly not being a popular animating program. I have animated in it a bit and was looking for "hot tips", shortcuts, etc. You know - the kind of stuff that I see all the time on this forum re: still pics.

I hate this damn time out. After a few minutes of browsing and decide to post, the post takes me back to the login screen and I have to start over. I'm just getting into animation. Still have lots of questions to ask. First one is up at the site.

Because of file size(s), I converted my animations to BINK format but no one will download the player unfortunately. There are 2 Real Video versions of two of the animations though that I haven't made as links on the site; so if you have the Real Player, you can see them at: http://www.citizendave.com/theprobereturns.ram and http://www.citizendave.com/chased.ram Dave www.citizendave.com
