Subject: optimizing broadcast animation renders?

I have these several scenes in vue8 with camera movement, but each frame takes like 30 minutes in broadcast, and lower render settings give me too much grain. 
I was wondering if there's a way to optimize the render times without losing too much quality.

30 Minutes are very low - my Broadcast Renders are about 3 Hours....

There are many parameters you can change :huh:

OR make a suggest to e-on Software for better or support for extern Renderengine (Brazil, Vray, 3Delight)....
