I made a mistake and bought the M3 Helping Hands and I already had it.  Is there anyway I can get a credit to my account so I can get something else?  I don't want a refund just a credit.  Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I can not issue you an instore credit at this time. You have already downloaded the item and there  are no records of you purchasing this item here in the past.
