Subject: Cloth Simulation failed at frame 0.

I suddenly have a situation where no cloth will simulate in Poser 8 at all. I have tried old pz 3's that were fine but I get the "Cloth Simulation failed at frame 0" message.

Has anyone encountered this? Maybe I have made an inadvertent change?

Failed at frame 0 usually means that the cloth is intersecting the body somewhere.

That is usually when I get that message as well. Just make sure the cloth isn't touching or piercing the mesh of the figure.

also watch that the "drape frame" option isn't checked sometimes that will choke it up

go that way really fast.
if something gets in your way

I also had this issue when I had an old cloth prop hidden on the figure without realizing it. It can ALSO mean that you're having memory issues, as far as I can tell.
