I'm trying to use the coupon code sent out today for 15% off, but it keeps coming up as does not exist or has expired. I've tried typing it in and copy paste (Checking for spaces), but it's not working. Any ideas, please?

Please be sure you are pasting the code in the "coupon" box and clicking the "apply" button after you have entered the code to be sure the discount gets applied to your order.

Yes, I am. That's when I'm seeing the "This coupon code does not exist or has expired" message.
Hmm, I may have just found the problem. A friend used the "send to a friend" link at the top of the email to send me a copy of it, but I see that it's a Render Rewards exclusive coupon. Could it be because I didn't receive it, it won't work for me? Will this code not work if you didn't get rewards this month?

Yes, that is what the problem is. This coupon is an exclusive coupon for Render Rewards customers only. Sorry for the confusion.
