I need to have my order reset.  Please consider fixing the downloads limits.  Folks like me who live in rural areas do not always have the most reliable hi speed connections.  You do not appear to allow resume so if the download stops halfway I have no choice but cancel that download and start over.  It also seems I get about three tries and then I am told I have exceeded the number of downloads allow.  I do not remember having so much trouble in the past with downloads.  But this is the second time, in only a few days, as I had to have my previous purchase reset.  Seems like I had to do that not that long ago on another.  Also, because hughesnet allow me only 200 mbs download limit, except between the hours of 1 am to 6 am Central time (for me), when the restriction is lifted and I have unlimited download size, I frequently have to make a point to stay up at night to download, and usually after a long and busy day when I am already beat and just want to get the files and go to bed.   Only now I am up but can not download :O(  cause the file is locked!   PLLLLLLLLLLLLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! do something to make it easier for folks like me who do not have the best internet connections to download.  I really pity the slow dial up people. :O(
