"Eat at Yodas, the ONLY place on Dagobah - literally!!" This is all standard bryce, no imports, all models are boolean primatives/terrains etc. No post or anything. Comes from The Empire Strikes Back where Luke crashes his X-Wing into the swap. This shot never happens in the movie but I thought it would make a nice composition - ultra modern against simplistic natural. Hope you like. Cheers David

Nice fog and nice birds, but it looks a little bit made of plastic, othewise good work!

Nice job. I would know exactly what I was looking at without any clues. Very moody misty murky swamp feel. As was mentioned in an earlier thread, one of the biggest challanges in the "challanges" is getting done in time. One of the things that I cut out of my budget (and I wish I didn"t) is painting special textures. If I can't make it from the library it's not going in. But I think that's one of the things that would have helped your X-wing is a little techno-seaming and maybe some distressing dirtiness. Also, a question: You seem to have plenty of ripples in the water but it didn't distort the reflection of chez yoda that much. How did that happen? Just curious.

The ripples on the water are purely from the bump map on the water texture, left the refraction and reflection alone. Bump slider is up to 100 but scale the texture down in the y axis. Was not going for the effect, makes it look a bit more "oily" on the surface. I agree about the texture on the x-wing but I was going for something totally native bryce with no imports. Just to see how it would go. Cheers
