Subject: Converting skin textures

Ok...you know how there is a program for converting clothing from one figure to another?  It's called Crossdresser. 
I was wondering if there were a similiar program for converting skin textures from one figure to another...like a skin texture from V4 to fit Cookie etc?  Anyone know about anything like this?  Thanks!

Texture Converter 2 over @ DAZ3D will convert all DAZ figures and Miki 2.

Unfortunately , there is rather limited support for other figures and the vendor has been rather adamant about not including male genitalia.

BTW: there are several clothing conversion programs available, Wardrobe Wizard and Morphing Clothes to name a couple.
