Subject: OT My Son is a TV star!

The new Doctor Who series features a new "Paradigm" set of Daleks and, to coincide with the lauch of a set of online games, the Daleks appeared in Sheffield on April 21.

Naturally, I was there with Claire and Samuel, to take photos of the event.

Anyhow, Sam was featured on TVs "Look North", a regional show, reaching approx 10 million viewers.  He's also on the BBC's official Doctor Who website, if you care to take a look.  Sam and Mommy were interviewed by the camera crews but sadly, that bit didn't make it to broadcast.

Basically, if you see a pic of a cute baby grabbing a Dalek, it's my little boy.   I'll post some pics soon.

My kid was on national TV last week.. and I didn't even KNOW before she told me .. the NEXT day >_<

The Dr Who main studio is just down the road from me, they've filmed around here a few times for the various series. Had the Torchwood black Defender drive towards us one night on the way home...
