Is it possible to add IK to imported obj that have been spawned?

Yes.  You can use the Hierarchy Editor to create IK Chains and add body parts to the chain.

I don't see how to do this. It is a imported prop and after it is spawned it only has 3 parts.

 Find which one of the parts is the "main" part. Drag the other so they're parented to each other in a chain. (thighbone connected to the hip bone, the shin bone connected to the thigh bone.. them bones, y'know)

Then the buttons at the bottom will be active. Use them to Create IK chain and then Create New Figure :)

Did That but no IK chain still greyed out.

You need to select the "Cylinder" and "Create New Figure"

Then you can make the IK chain.

Once you've created a new figure it will be located under the NewFigures folder in your Figures library. 😉

When I tried to register on the forum I got this page:
