If there was a Regional part of the forums, people could connect better with other artists in their local area for events or meeting or sharing ideas/information easier about their specific region. There could be UK and countries within including major areas of those countries and then also US with states. I think it would add a new dynamic to the site and promote growth for artists and boost sales and self promotion in areas, etc.

Are you talking about creating sub forums for each state in the US and countries in the UK?

 Well, just regions, like north/south/east/west maybe?

Ok, I'll talk to my fellow admins and see what they think, and if we can do that. :)  No promises tho, but I will ask. Thanks for the suggestion!

I actually like this idea as well. When I upload an image it goes into 3 areas automatically. My Gallery, Whatever gallery I chose to upload to, and Recent posts on the main gallery page. I see this as being VERY viable.

Hi Drgnmztr, I think you've gone off track a little. This is about regional area in "Forums", not in the Gallery.

Regional areas for the Forum sound interesting and the idea definitely has merit but could be a little tough to implement. Don't forget that in each region there are many nations speaking and writing other languages besides English (or USA English. LOL).
