Subject: changing line color

Is there a way to change the color of the lines if you are using the wireframe view? Or the color of the sample strands for dynamic hair (I mean in the preview, not the render) Sometimes they can be so hard to see.

Simple ... just change the "Foreground Color." 😄

Oh!  So that's what the Foreground Color is for! 
I've always wondered ... it didn't make any difference in non-wireframe previews.
