The model Victoria 4.2 is supplied with the genital parts do not exist, as if wearing a costume, I do not think there is possibility to change it if not applying a new skin.

 The default skin comes with the purple underwear... :)

For the nipples and genital crease, you need to get the morphs++ package for her. 

As far as skin goes, just look in the free section here or in the marketplace. There are tons of skins, and pretty much all of them except the starting skin is naked.

I have morph ++ right installed, but there is no possibility to delete the purple underwear.

Skin: V4 comes with a default HiRes skin - think it comes with Morphs++? They're in the Pose Library under MATerials Hi-Res.

For morphs, about the best morphs I found for that (without it being excessive gynaecological) are at Adam Thwaite's site... I don't much care for anything I can't fit into a nice pair of knickers, and this you can, quite easily. However, if you're more interested in demonstrating a LLETZ procedure, perhaps Arduino's products might be more what you're after.

At the Daz3D site, there are decent tutorials for V4.

 I think he refered to skins, rather than morphs.. But that link you posted looks nice (Although my female figures tend to be wayyy too much on the rubenesque side for that to work.)

Ok, i'm downloading "Bastila Shan for V4" (http://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/details.php?item_id=60148)  that i think it's correct, the pack includes textures, so i think it's usefully to have a correct naked body..

Here's what V4 (free download) comes with:
9 Texture Maps:

You will need this to make her work properly. Otherwise she will pretty much stay who she is and not change, which is boring as heck after a while (2 minutes, tops). Those Morphs++ comes with this:

You don't really need any skins: there's heaps available on here for reasonable prices and some are free. BUT you will need the morphs.
