I can not understand why some have this aesthetic, my poser pro in 2010 is not so ...

Poser Pro 2014 SR 1 on Windows 7 64 bit
 I use IDL, Gamma Correction and EZSkin for all final renders.

This is the old interface from Poser 7 and earlier. It was completely redesigned for Poser 8 and PoserPro 2010.
