Subject: The world's largest telephoto lens

I'm not even going to ask how much it cost, I can't afford it!  ;D

You would also need a very big tripod and truck to mount it to. Not included.  LOL!

OH WOW!!! it must be able to capture the nosehairs on the green men on the moon LOL!
You got to have a wheeled tripod with engine to be able to move it around.

I think I'll wait for the next one with image stabilization, probably only another hundred grand or so, ha ha!

I remember an article somewhere about 2-3 years ago about the below-linked lens (which is bigger than the above but probably not used by civilians) and that it was being sold by the Chinese government who didnt want / need it any more.  Anyway - rumours abound around it but what i heard was that they didnt provide any test photos because they didnt want to reveal what it was used for....
