I remember an article somewhere about 2-3 years ago about the below-linked lens (which is bigger than the above but probably not used by civilians) and that it was being sold by the Chinese government who didnt want / need it any more. Anyway - rumours abound around it but what i heard was that they didnt provide any test photos because they didnt want to reveal what it was used for....
