Subject: .dmg windows or Mac?

I've got a small question:
can I use .dmg files on in Poser 2010 on my windows pc or are they only for a Mac system?

I believe that .dmg are specific to Mac, just as an .exe is specific to windows.

Correct, .dmg files are disk images that can only be mounted on a Mac. They can't be used on a Windows PC without additional third-party software.

PeaZip claims to be able to extract .dmg files, but I have not used it for that purpose.

Agree - dmg belongs to the Mac :)
