WOW! This is quite an honor, and definitely something I wasn't exactly expecting. Funny, I was born in July and so this is the perfect early birthday present...heck, it's just a flat-out perfect honor! Thank you for the selection, but I have to say that the whole photography community here is what inspires so much of the stuff I've been posting and I always think that if my stuff is half as good as the stuff I commonly see here, then I'm doing okay. And now, Gallery of the Month! WOW! Thank you!!!!!

Truly a deserving photographer as well as being an indefatigable author of some of the finest descriptions found on Renderosity! I'm still blown away by the description, "insects dressed in the colors of police crime-scene tape."

If I may say you really deserve it......not only for your wonderful words and images...your post work is cool as well.....but also for your always nice comments....written with more than just 2 words...I really appreciate that.

You really use your eyes and feelings to write down what you see in an image...and that's how it must be.......if I am honest

Great news Chip, and a well deserved honor! In the 11 years I've known you I have to admit you're one of the most talented people I know. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't know anything about Renderosity. I wouldn't have put any pictures up on this wonderful site or met all the great new friends I've made. Your work is never less than fascinating, your gallery is supurb and nicely eclectic as well. this is an overdue honor and a nice birthday present as well. Mucho congrats!
