Subject: Newbie animation problem

Okay, I need a swift and simple answer. I have made a 25 frame animation with Walk Designer. Now when I add frames the figure jumps back to where it was positioned in frame 1 (when I go to the 26th frame). How can I make it stay where it was in frame 25, with the same pose?

I tried to add the 25th frame with all its contents to the Figure Library. It seemed to work but when I try to open the (whole group) figure in a new project, well, Poser shuts down completely. :crying: By the way, the whole group consists of multiple figures.

All I want is to start a new animation from this 25th frame, or alternatively build on the first animation with the figure positioned where it was in the last frame.

Am I making sense?

Thanx for feedback! 😄

OK, try this , open the keyframe editor panel and size it so you can see the preview window and the animation slider together, move the slider to watch the animation and leave it at the last frame. frame 25. If that frame is not what you want step backward until you have a good frame and click the + button to record that frame as keyframes. Then delete any keyframes that are incorrect.

in this pic what I mean by the slider is the small red triangle above the keyframe display, you can drag that to select frames.
