Can you tell me what you look for when you pick Staff Picks, just curious?  Sharen

Sharen, I think we all look for something different. Everyone has their own taste.

Personally, I look for a wow. Or an image that I really like.

How many staff participate?  Do you each pick one for the month?  Again, just curious because I look at the staff picks all the time and just wonder why this or that was chosen.  Thanks for the answer though.  Sharen

Sharen, all the staff participate in the staff picks. We pick as many was we want weekly. :)
