I watched part I- very good! I will watch the rest soon.  Is that all keyframe animation? Really quite smooth

What a joy to see such amazing animation.
I have learnt so much just on my first viewing.
Cannot wait to see chapter 2.

Thanks, All!

Parts 1-3 are mostly keyframed; part 4 is almost completely mocapped.

How much clean up did you have to do on the mocap?

The quality of the character animation in Part 4 is fantastic! Parts 1-3 are good, but the mocap is a huge improvement.

Outstanding work in every respect. Each episode shows technical improvement over the one preceding it.

Very Nice work-I'm looking forward to more!

Thanks again!

DaleB: the amount of cleanup varied quite a bit. Some captures came in very clean and needed little work; others were a mess and needed a lot of work. Ironically, it seemed like the more & faster the subject moved, the better the capture--captures with little movement seemed to exhibit the most noise, partially, I'm sure, because it's easier to see "noise" when the subject is supposed to be standing still. That said, as Cspear notes, the mocap is a great improvement--it certainly allows for a lot more expression of movement.

Glad you all liked Part 4!--Tim
