Subject: I'm a professional according to e-on?

Well, I must be.  Because I use Vue Infinite.

Anyway, I don't think using a pro level of any app means one is a pro.  Agree?  Disagree?

I've used Infifnite for years now, and I'm certainly not a pro with it....
I make a little money with my art but not enough to make it my full time job, so no, not a pro at all by any definition of the term...

Agreed, I remember the stunning images Rochr got out of Bryce 5 before he moved on to Cinema4D.

Once you've got a competent level of product to work with, it's the artist after that.

in my opinion, if your making a comfortable living at it then your a PROFESSIONAL. but at the heart of it all it is about the art. I am a "professional" artist, but i do not make stuff based on what sells. I make what i enjoy and hope people buy it. I love what i do, and enjoy the fact that people like it. However, I am not about to go out and design a bunch of clothes for Poser regardless of the pay day. It wouldnt be fun anymore. I was a tattoo artist some years ago working for myself, then I was invited to join an established studio. It is no where near as enjoyable when you do 100 barbed wire arm bands, then a hundred more black widows.

I guess my point is If it isnt fun, it is work. :D

I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not.

You extract your credit card in a professional way and this is the only thing that E-On gives a damn about.

Agreed.  I don't consider myself even professional level as compared to many artists, and I'm certainly not making much money at all off of my art.  Well, you be the judge: www.zazzle.com/krickerd
